Terms and Conditions – Me & Mine Atelier

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
Entrepreneur: Me & Mine Atelier
Customer: the natural person who enters into an agreement with Me & Mine Atelier
Agreement: any agreement between Me & Mine Atelier and the customer regarding the purchase of products via the webshop
Products: all items offered through the webshop, including personalized products

Article 2 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Me & Mine Atelier and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the customer.

Article 3 – The offer

  • All products are described as clearly and completely as possible.
  • Personalized products are custom-made based on the data provided by the customer.
  • Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Me & Mine Atelier.

Article 4 – The Agreement

  • The agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and receives confirmation by e-mail.
  • Me & Mine Atelier reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information.

Article 5 – Prices

  • All prices stated are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping costs will be stated separately during the ordering process.
  • Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Article 6 – Payment

  • Payment must be made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
  • The order will only be processed after receipt of payment.

Article 7 – Delivery

  • Me & Mine Atelier strives to ship orders within the stated delivery time.
  • Delivery times are indicative and no rights can be derived from them.
  • Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle you to compensation.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

  • For non-personalised products, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt.
  • Personalised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the legal exception for custom work.

Article 9 – Liability

  • Me & Mine Atelier is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products.
  • In all cases, liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

Article 10 – Complaints

  • Complaints must be reported by email within a reasonable time after discovering the problem.
  • Me & Mine Atelier will handle the complaint as soon as possible and look for a solution together with the customer.

Article 11 – Intellectual property

  • All texts, images, and designs in the webshop are the property of Me & Mine Atelier and may not be used without permission.

Article 12 – Privacy

  • Personal data is handled with care and used exclusively for processing orders.

Article 13 – Applicable law

  • Dutch law applies to all agreements.
  • Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
