Returns Policy – Me & Mine Atelier
At Me & Mine Atelier, we do everything we can to make your order with care and love. Is your order not quite what you expected? Read below to find out what your options are.
Right of withdrawal (non-personalized products)
For non-personalized products , you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After canceling, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund for the order amount, excluding shipping costs. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
Conditions for returns:
- The product is unused and undamaged
- If possible in the original packaging
- Including any accessories
Personalized products
Products that have been personalized especially for you (such as items with an embroidered name) cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
- The product arrived damaged
- There is a production error
- An error was made in the personalization by Me & Mine Atelier
This exception is laid down in law (custom-made / personalized products).
Damaged or incorrectly delivered product
Did your order arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@memineatelier.nl and include clear photos. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
Refund
Once we have received your return in good order, the amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method you used.
